Automatic batch chocolate tempering machine for chocolate and fillings: HB

External cold water is used to flow through the system and circulated by a water circulation pump. Inside the tank, a sturdy mixing system with scrapers provides excellent mixing and heat-exchanging for a fast and good tempering result.
Hacos can deliver a water chiller to save on water consumption.
