Placing flat shapes of chocolate on a cooling belt

Simple shapes, such as ovals, circles, rectangular etc. can be placed on to a belt

  • It is possible to mix small ingredients in the chocolate
  • The chocolate can be sold as such or be used as a solid base for deposited or extruded chocolates

Our advice

Typically used on CBELT cooling tunnel in combination with an MDB depositor or MDEX extruder.
